Travel insurance should be a relatively straightforward topic but there are a number of things that for some people can make it not as simple as just ordering online off a website. 1/ Are you over 65?   Many companies stop offering travel insurance to those aged over 65! If you are likely to take more than one foreign holiday trip each year then check the prices as often an annual policy can work out cheaper than having to take out 2 single trip policies over the year. 5/ Finally shop around! If you use a high street travel agent to book your holiday they will try and sell you theirs but often this works out a lot more expensive than the offers that are available online so before saying yes check to make sure they are offering you a good deal.
